Shipping:
We will endeavour to have things sent out as quickly as possible, we do hope to have all orders processed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving them, but occasionally it may take a few days before parcels are shipped out. Sometimes orders can take up to 7 days to be processed and sent out.
All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will aim to be dispatched on the next business day.
If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.
Please be patient, we are not a large business and as such every order is packaged, labelled and sent off by ourselves. If for any reason there are delays in sending items out we will be in touch with you.
Shipping Costs:
- Collection in Person: Free
- Postage of smaller items via Royal Mail, charged at standard Royal Mail rates.
- Delivery of larger items is via a Parcel Service Company: £10.00 up to 5kg weight.
- Delivery of large items via a Parcel Service Company: £13.00 over 5kg weight.
